Website hosting is often treated as a cheap commodity. For a medical practice, the more important question is who is actually responsible for keeping the website secure, updated, compatible, backed up and working.
Medsolve provides fully managed hosting and website management for WordPress medical websites. Depending on the requirements of the site, we use managed VPS hosting, edge hosting or a combination of both. The infrastructure is selected to suit the website rather than forcing every client onto the same platform, while our team remains responsible for the ongoing technical maintenance required to keep it secure, fast and operational.
WordPress websites are not static assets. The CMS, plugins, themes, PHP environment and security landscape continue to change after launch. Updates can introduce incompatibilities, while failing to update can expose vulnerabilities. Someone needs to own that responsibility.
Our hosting service is therefore deliberately hands-on. When an update causes a front-end problem, a form stops sending, a plugin conflicts or a site needs to be restored, our development team can investigate directly.
We can host and manage some websites built by other developers, including non-WordPress websites, subject to a technical review. Older or heavily customised websites may require remediation before we are comfortable taking responsibility for ongoing maintenance.
Whether you need a new website, stronger visibility in Google and AI search, or a more effective patient-acquisition strategy, Medsolve can help you identify the most valuable next step.
