Digital Patient Advertising.

We optimise for appropriate patients - not clicks.

Paid advertising can produce excellent results for doctors because it allows a practice to appear at the exact moment a patient is searching for a service. It can also waste money extraordinarily quickly when campaigns are built by people who do not understand the specialty.

Patient advertising for doctors.

Medsolve combines medical-industry knowledge with campaign setup, landing-page development and conversion tracking. We think about who the patient is, whether the practice can actually treat them, what the likely referral pathway is and what the enquiry is worth before deciding how to target. Where we manage more than one client in the same specialty or market, each account is managed independently and confidentially. Campaign strategy, budgets, search data and commercial information are not shared, and no client receives preferential treatment. In practice, the available online demand is generally much larger than any one client’s budget, catchment or clinical capacity can capture, leaving ample room for multiple practices to market successfully within the same specialty or market.

Google Ads is usually the most important paid channel for specialists because it captures active search intent. We build tightly structured campaigns around the doctor’s actual scope of practice, using appropriate keywords, negative keywords, location settings, ad messaging, landing pages and conversion tracking.

This is where medical knowledge matters. An orthopaedic surgeon should not pay for every orthopaedic search, a private psychiatrist may not want public-hospital or bulk-billing enquiries, and an elective procedural specialist may have little value in attracting acute presentations they cannot treat.

Meta advertising can be effective when the service can be promoted to a defined audience before they actively search. It is particularly useful for selected elective services, awareness campaigns, clinic launches, research recruitment and remarketing. It is not automatically appropriate for every medical specialty.

Microsoft Advertising can provide incremental search volume and, in some markets, lower competition than Google. We generally treat it as an additional channel where the likely patient demographic and search volume justify the effort.

LinkedIn is primarily useful for business-to-business healthcare objectives such as referrer communication, recruitment, corporate health services or reaching specific professional groups. It is rarely our first choice for direct patient acquisition.

A campaign is only as good as the website it sends people to. We can build dedicated landing pages, configure analytics and conversion tracking, and make technical changes to the website when the data shows the user journey needs improvement.
